• A high resolution head and shoulders photo
• Your Fees for keynote, ½ day and full day presentations
• Your Speaking Introduction
• Topics you talk on
• Preferred Categories  (please select from the topics listed on the home page)
• Your audio/visual requirements 
• At least 2 testimonies
• Clients you have spoken for (for our own records only)
• *Promo DVD or book if you have one.
• Contact information phone, mobile, e-mail, website and postal address

MC REQUIREMENTS

• One page resume
• A high resolution head and shoulders photo
• Your Bio
• Your Fees
• Your audio/visual requirements 
• 2 Testimonies
• Clients you have MC'd for

ENTERTAINER REQUIREMENTS

• Your Bio/about your entertainment
• Your Fees for keynote, ½ day and full day presentations
